• MONTEREY CERAMIC TILE & MARBLE is not responsible for quantities ordered. If your salesperson has figured quantities, verify with your contractor before ordering.
• Handmade products will have imperfections; this adds to their charm.
• Samples will vary in color, shape, size and texture from actual order.
• MONTEREY CERAMIC TILE & MARBLE has a NO RETURN policy. All sales are final.
• Installation is acceptance of the product.  Please inspect product before your contractor installs it.
• A 100% full payment is required on all orders.
• Freight charges apply for material shipped from the manufacturer to MONTEREY CERAMIC TILE ONLY.
• If you need delivery all charges will be added to your order.  Weight and distance will determine cost.
• Some tiles must be ordered in full box quantities only.  Your order may need to be adjusted accordingly.
• Once your Online Order Form has been received, we will review it then contact you within the same or next business day.
