We have finally finished our pool and hot tub. It only took ALL spring and summer, there was a lot of detail work and a few add ons. But the finished product is awesome. I am comfortable with the level of fine service and problem resolution you offered...responsive, fair, clear and timely. In a word... very satisfied. As far as purchasing on the web, I could not have found the correct tile scheme without searching the web. Your design schemes are exactly what I seek...colorful, depicting a real world implementation, and creative. I was able to cut and paste your .jpg files, print 50 of them on my color printer as actual sized tiles (4" x 6") would be, tape them together, put them on the wall and see how they look on the actual bathroom.

I believe that we did it the only way possible...actual photos of samples, actual photos of delivered product, real time customer support to address and resolve my concerns over some of the defects apparent in some of these handcrafted tiles. I will enjoy doing business with you in the future...if only everybody were so responsive!

My experience at Monterey Ceramic was the BEST. I love the floor and wall tile that I put in the bathroom. When I walked in Monterey Ceramic Tile & Marble, I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted but Jan knew and helped me get the right tile for my very small bathroom. At first, I was skeptical about putting big tile in such a small room but I listened to Jan and WOW, am I ever happy I did. Jan is very knowledgeable and has excellent customer service. I needed a soap dish and a shampoo tray. It was such an "itty-bitty" need. I searched on the internet and found your store.
